  • Each in-person session is focused on your goals and we’ll choose a training plan to help you achieve them. Whether that is more cardio-focused, strength training or something else, I’m here to make sure your time in the gym is spent as efficiently as possible to achieve your fitness dreams.

  • All in-person sessions are held at a private gym in Teignmouth, so you get a quiet, focused environment to train in.

  • Yes of course! You’ll have direct messaging access to me through the app or just on social media. Whether it’s a form check, nutrition query or just needing a confidence boost, I’m here when you need support.

  • Absolutely — many clients continue into the 8-Week Builder package. Or you can also add sessions at any time.
